- When PowerScripts can't reach O2 Creative, a clear box says what is wrong and what to check, with Test again, Email report and Copy report buttons
- The connection check notices when another program, an antivirus, a VPN or the computer's hosts file answers instead of O2 Creative
- The line under the panel shows a short code for this computer, so support can find your setup quickly

Install or reinstall PowerScripts
Usually not needed: PowerScripts updates itself from the panel menu (Update PowerScripts).
- Download the installer (L10.1.24)
- Drag the downloaded
.jsxfile onto Illustrator, or use File > Scripts > Other Script… - Click Install, restart Illustrator, then open Window > Extensions > PowerScripts.
