PowerScripts Loader L10.1.16

· The loader installs, updates and starts PowerScripts.
Fixed
- When PowerScripts can't change some of its own files, the message and Repair button now show straight away instead of PowerScripts staying on Initializing
Plus other minor improvements and bug fixes.
Install or reinstall PowerScripts
Usually not needed: PowerScripts updates itself from the panel menu (Update PowerScripts).
- Download the installer (L10.1.24)
- Drag the downloaded
.jsxfile onto Illustrator, or use File > Scripts > Other Script… - Click Install, restart Illustrator, then open Window > Extensions > PowerScripts.
